In the movie - Hifi version anyway - it seems lines are cut off in several places.
For the first time of "That's what Bilbo Baggins Hates" atthe end it shows Kili or Fili holda pile of dishes, and the dishes start to tip before it cuts to Bilbo asking "What do these Dwarves want in Hobbiton?"
Later, before the Goblin capture, it shows Bilbo dreaming of the same incident, but the plates fall farther before it cuts. This one might actually be part of the original version.
I've heard some part were cut, but it wasn't too noticeable in the remake. But this next one seems kind of odd.
Upon going to Rivendell, when Gandalf says they can't stay with the Tra lally elves; Bilbo says "Pity. Elvish singing is not a thing to miss, in June, under the stars. But -
And he's cut off.
This is the version I watched (but I have a VHS copy that I bought some years back)
Does anyone know the lines that were cut out? Is there anyway to watch the original, not the High Definition?
